Regulation of Bestrong Group on the Strict Quality Control, Inspection & Quarantine of Products during the Epidemic Period and in the Future

1. Subject:  Bestrong Group and its affiliated companies

including but not limited to

the other 17 companies or economic entities like:

BESTRONG GROUP

KING STRONG

SPECIAL FIBER

BEAUTIFULMI

SHIWEICE SHANDONG

GOLDENTILING BUILD

2. All transactions and settlement of commodities must be carried out in accordance with the additional standards.

2.1 The scope specifically specifies all products and commodities that have been traded after March 31, 2020.

2.2 The standards, inspection, traceability and responsibility are unified.

3 . All affiliated companies, subsidiaries or affiliates

   3.1 should establish or implement an equivalent or even stricter inspection standard system;

   3.2 unify the code, the query, inspection and the data system;

   3.3 try out standard testing and inspection for lifetime

4. This Regulation takes “the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China” as the basic criteria, and also respects the laws and regulations of the other party or the third parties.

5. The inspection and quarantine standards are based on the provisions of the "Standard Law of the People's Republic of China".

6. The third parties are SGS and SWF of Swiss.

7. This Regulation will be implemented from April 20, 2020.
